Job Description

  • Oversee the financial aspects of development project planning and execution.
  • Develop financial models and perform risk assessments.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Provide strategic advice on project financing and investment.
  • Collaborate with project developers and accounting teams.
  • Maintain full sets of accounts and oversee month-end and year-end closing submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project finance within the property industry.
  • Experience in financial modeling, budgeting and cost control for projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
