Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end ERP migration projects: scoping, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-go-live support
  • Define project goals, success metrics, timelines, and resource needs
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants
  • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment between ERP systems and business processes
  • Oversee data migration, integration, testing, training, and user adoption
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in ERP implementation or upgrade projects
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage
  • Experience with change management, UAT coordination, and training rollout
