Job Description

  • Manage key accounts and drive sales growth to meet annual targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with global and regional key accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product managers, to align strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide insights for business expansion.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasting to ensure strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, preferably in the semiconductor or consumer devices industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and key players.
  • A proven track record in sales planning, value selling, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
