Job Description

  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy aligned with the brands global goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand integrity and identity.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Deep understanding of the Asia market - Greater China, SEA (Japan and Korea are smaller markets but important).

- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury goods or premium brands or FMCG.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Ability to travel on occasion.
