Job Description

  • Design and implement equipment and machinery maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments for equipment installation, modification, and repair.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Lead teams in troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues.
  • Develop and manage an effective preventive maintenance program.
  • Implement cost-effective equipment management and strategies.
  • Participate in the development of departmental strategies and goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance strategies and facility management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
