Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis functions for the business.
  • Develop and implement financial models to aid decision-making.
  • Work closely with senior management to define financial strategy and plans.
  • Provide insightful analysis on business performance and financial trends.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure financial compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to enhance FP&A processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'FP&A Team Lead' should have:

  • An academic background in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders with leadership skills.
