Job Description

  • Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting to clients
  • Training customers on the usage and maintenance of equipment
  • Inspecting, installing, and commissioning various types of equipment
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving all technical issues promptly
  • Collaborating with the internal team to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Conducting regular equipment maintenance and safety checks
  • Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Regional Field Service Engineer' should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and solving technical issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
