About Our Client

My client is a prominent manufacturing company with presence across multiple regions. They are expanding rapidly and hiring for multiple headcounts.

Job Description

  • Design and Installation: Develop and implement designs for mechanical and electrical systems within the manufacturing environment. Oversee the installation of new machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues affecting production equipment. Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend modifications for optimization. Work on automation projects to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual labor.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems comply with safety standards, regulations, and industry codes. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Equipment Upgrades: Evaluate existing equipment for potential upgrades or replacements. Recommend and source new machinery or tools that align with the company's production goals and budget.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including schematics, user manuals, and maintenance logs. Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. Provide technical training and guidance to staff as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical design tools.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production line systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
