Job Description

  • Provide technical support and services for compressors and related machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and performance checks on equipment.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on equipment usage and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Prepare service reports and document all customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Service Representative - Compressor should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of compressor systems and related machinery.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
